I’m a marketer, brand strategist and strategic operational leader with 17 years of experience launching and managing complex marketing programs and campaigns across industries. I partnered with the global Google Food team on the development and roll-out of the first-ever Google Food brand. I developed public relations programs for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority that integrated into brand campaigns such as “What Happens Here, Stays Here.” I was recruited into my current role to realign the marketing team’s focus and launch programs in new markets. Partnered with the global Google Food team on the development and roll-out of the first-ever Google Food brand model across 54 individually concepted cafes in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region (largest Google region), as part of Google’s approach to recruiting and retaining top tech talent.
Created and operationalized multi-country experiential marketing programs that built brand equity and increased employee participation with the Google Food program.
Worked with the Bon Appetit @ Google leadership team to launch new cafe concepts, define brand architecture and implement marketing rollout plan.
Developed and executed PR campaigns for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority to promote the iconic Las Vegas brand as an international leader in tourism.
Worked on cross-functional agency team to define goals and evaluate creative concepts for national Las Vegas advertising campaigns like “What Happens Here, Stays Here” and “Vegas Right Now.”
Managed all lead generation and lifecycle marketing efforts for degree programs at Oregon State’s College of Business; moving our audience through the recruitment funnel from prospects to enrolled students, and ultimately to alumni and donors.

Developed and implemented all digital marketing projects for Oregon State MBA program. Inquiries into the top-of-the-funnel increased by 60% in two years and enrollment increased by 53% in two years.
Oversaw complete redesign of Oregon State’s MBA website using data-driven insights that increased pageviews by 69% in one year.
Led digital marketing strategy and ad buys for newly launched portfolio of online continuing education programs. Courses generated $1 million revenue in the first year.
Co-led implementation of Pardot, a Salesforce marketing automation tool, to increase yield and conversions throughout the sales funnel.
Activated online communications initiatives to identify, target and nurture donors, alumni and companies to support OSU’s College of Business. Increased engagement and giving: dollars raised doubled year over year and event attendance increased 104% in one year.
Selected as college representative to serve on company-wide working group for developing governance of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
Leadership
Directed the regional marketing strategy for the largest region of the Google Food Program and collaborated with Google Food Team regional director on marketing initiatives as part of the leadership team.
Recruited into current role to launch and lead marketing function for OSU’s College of Business units: undergraduate recruitment, graduate recruitment, donor/alumni relations, continuing education. Managed marketing projects for multiple units, balanced competing priorities, defined KPIs and reported progress and results to college leadership.
Oversaw all collateral, digital media, videos, paid media, emails, website and direct mail for college. Supervised team of designers, writers, developers, freelancers, vendors and a $2M budget.
Implemented new project intake process and project management software for marketing team that streamlined workflow, increased number of projects completed on time and extended team’s bandwidth.
Partnered with college leadership to assess opportunities for program growth and go-to-market plans for new academic programs and locations.
Led marketing strategy on project team that propelled Oregon State to reach gender parity in the MBA program (a historic first).
